Types
of Payment Accepted
NORDartDESIGN uses PayPal, an eBay Company that enables any individual
or business with an email address to securely, easily and quickly
send and receive payments online. PayPal's service builds on the
existing financial infrastructure of bank accounts and credit cards
and utilizes the world's most advanced proprietary fraud prevention
systems to create a safe, global, real-time payment solution.
How
to Order
When you seen an item you would like to purchase, specify the size or color (if applicable), then click "add to cart." This takes
you to the "View Cart" page. Confirm the item you
selected is listed in the box. Click "continue shopping"
to continue shopping or "checkout" to begin the purchasing
process.
To
remove an item from your cart, go to the "View Cart"
page (see button on upper right). Click on the ‘remove’ link
next to the item you wish to remove. Continue shopping or proceed
to Checkout.
When
you check out, you will be asked for your name, e-mail and billing
address, shipping method, ship to address, and credit card information.
You will then be shown the total amount of your order including
sales tax and shipping charges (if applicable). Please review all
information for accuracy before clicking "Process My Order."
If you need to change or correct anything, go back to the previous
pages and make the necessary changes and reinitiate the checkout
process.
Once
you have submitted your order, it cannot be changed or canceled,
since we try to process orders as quickly as possible. Once your
order is submitted, an order confirmation page should automatically
appear on your screen; if you do not see this page, then your order
has not been received. Please resubmit. If we encounter problems
processing your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
After
ordering, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 72 hours
which will include a delivery confirmation number for tracking purposes.
Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days.
Merchandise
Availability
Because our items are exclusive, handmade, and often one-of-a-kind,
availability will vary greatly. If there is an item you like that
is not available, or you would like something in a different size,
e-mail us at info@nordartdesign.com and we will try to accommodate
your request. Special orders will take about 4 weeks.
Sales
Tax
In compliance with regulations of the State of Indiana, applicable
sales tax is automatically calculated based on order merchandise
value for shipments to residents of Indiana. Shipments to other
destinations are not charged sales tax.
Shipping
Charges & Delivery
All merchandise is shipped Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
Shipping charges are $5.00 for orders under $200. For orders of $200 or more,
shipping is free. Should you like your merchandise delivered by
UPS Overnight Air, a flat fee of $20 applies for delivery in the
48 contiguous United States. For Alaska and Hawaii, the fee is $30.

To track your Priority Mail order, go to http://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm
and type in your tracking number.
Returns
We are proud of our offerings and want you to be fully satisfied.
If your expectations are not met for any reason and you wish to
return or exchange an unused item (with the exception of linens), you may mail it back within 30
days of receipt. Returned items must be in new, unused condition
in their original packaging. Insure the package for its whole value
and ship the package pre-paid to:

Please
keep your postal and insurance receipts. Credit in the amount of
the purchase price, excluding shipping, will be issued to the same
credit card account as used in the original purchase. Please allow
30 business days from the day of return for the credit to be processed.
